The villa

Designed and decorated with the materials of local craftsmanship which make the charm of Morocco, Villa Baboucha is a private property which is rented occasionally and exclusively in its entirety in order to guarantee the intimacy of the raised garden and the private use of the swimming pool.

Ideal for a successful stay with family or friends, Villa Baboucha can accommodate up to 12 guests.

 

It extends over a plot of 5000 m² including 500m² of living space distributed as follows:​

The bungalow with fire  open,  located upstairs  at _cc781905-5c6_bb3-3b513-badl's exterior Villa, is composed of a small dressing room. It offers access to the terrace under the pergola with a view of the swimming pool and beyond the forest of argan trees.

The exteriors

Villa Baboucha was designed to live both indoors and outdoors.

  • Outdoor lounge under the olive tree facing the swimming pool and its palm trees

  • Garden planted with palm trees, cacti, bougainvillea and banana trees

  • Terrace   with eucalyptus pergola and its open fire ,   overlooking the forest of olive trees and argan trees

  • Two dining areas   in the shade of the century-old olive tree facing the swimming pool
    (dining room for 8 people)

  • Fez mosaic infinity pool (Zellige) maintained and checked daily by the caretaker. Dimensions; 12x6m - Depth;  1,5m. 
    Its temperature reaches 28 degrees in July and 18-19 degrees in winter .

  • For your comfort, provision of 2 hammocks, 12 pool deckchairs (mattress et  towels included) and 6 parasols

Baboucha is a success! Deco *****, same comfort and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We spent a few wonderful days in this beautiful residence which breathes calm and tranquility.
